As a past member of the Delaware County Council and now serving as a Delaware County Commissioner, I’ve led and collaborated with our economic development team to attract international companies from all over the world. Working together with our county and region has paved the way for new relationships, new investments, and job creation. My strategic focus on international attraction has set us apart from the other 91 counties in Indiana. The successful establishment of six new Italian company headquarters as well as Canpack, Clearline, PNC Manufacturing, and the Muncie Power Products expansion- undeniably shows that our economic development efforts are seconded to none in East Central Indiana. My commitment to economic growth doesn't end with attraction- I’ve been instrumental in supporting all companies for long-term success. From helping company executives find housing, introductions to suppliers, partners, and showing buildings- my team provides round-the-clock support. I have helped our economic development team to stand out as one of the best in the Midwest by promoting the multipliers of business and unmatched resources within our community. Many of the companies that expand here- we’ve beaten other state economic teams like Ohio, South Carolina, Kentucky, Illinois, and Michigan. I pledge to continue going above and beyond to ensure that our residents, as well as our existing and international companies, understand my full devotion to their success.
